• Clients must provide accurate information during booking.

• We are not liable for faulty tools/materials provided by the client.

4. Pricing & Payments

• Prices may change without notice, but confirmed bookings are honored.

• Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.

• Late payments may incur fees or service suspension.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.

• Cancellations within 24 hours may be charged a fee.

• Rescheduling requests must be made reasonably in advance.

• If we cancel due to unforeseen issues, we will offer a new appointment or a full refund.

6. Liability & Limitations

• We are not responsible for incidental or indirect damages unless due to proven negligence.

• We are not liable for hidden defects or pre-existing issues at the property.

• If we cause damage, we will take corrective action or issue compensation.

• Safe access must be provided. Unsafe conditions may lead to refusal or extra charges.

7. Warranty & Guarantee

• Issues must be reported within 7 days of service completion.

8. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate booking details.

• Ensure a responsible adult is present during service if needed.
