Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance: No fee
Cancellations made within 24 hours: 30% cancellation fee
Same-day cancellations (within 12 hours): 50% service charge
No-shows without notice: 100% of the service fee
Free rescheduling if made 24+ hours in advance (subject to availability)
£10 fee if rescheduled within 24 hours
Emergency cases (e.g., medical issues) may be exempt from fees at our discretion
If Stronghold Projects must cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen events (e.g., staff issues, weather), we will:
Notify you as early as possible
Offer to reschedule at no cost or issue a full refund
You may qualify for a refund in the following situations:
Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance – full refund
Service errors due to our team – rework or partial/full refund
Overpayments or billing errors – fully refunded
Completed and signed-off services
Change of mind after team arrival – call-out fee may apply
No-shows without prior notice – no refund
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method
Bank processing times may vary; contact us if you haven’t received it after 7 days
